Notes
- Please provide the visa applicant one month prior to the date of your travel to the People’s Republic of China. The validity of the visa is only 3 months.
- The applicant must bear any consequences of not submitting the application on time, as it may result in the actual issuance of the visa but may be obtained late after the date of your trip.
- The applicant must complete the form and sign it before submitting it.
- The Chinese Embassy is the only entity with the right to retain its decision-making system, and the staff of the Visa Services Office have no authority over those regulations.
- All reviewers must hand over papers and documents in time to finalize the necessary two-day maximum. (There is no “same day” service no matter what the circumstances or reasons.
- The Chinese Embassy does not return any documents submitted to the visa applicant if its applications are rejected.
Procedure and time to submit applications
- The visa applicant must submit the required documents according to the type of visa to the office either personally or by another person acting on his or her behalf or travel agency or by mail method, such as: FedEx
- Procedures for issuing a regular visa require five (5) working days, and there is an urgent service that receives the third day from the date of submission to the office; there is no same day service and second day service.
- The visa is valid for three (3) months; the double visa is valid for six (6) months; the visa must be valid for 30 days (* The decision of the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia to issue the visa is in accordance with the regulations and laws of the People’s Republic of China).

Terms and conditions of service
The Visa Services Office of the People’s Republic of China is responsible for:
- Acceptance of visa applications for the People’s Republic of China from Saudi citizens, nationals of Gulf States, and residents who hold residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holders of ordinary passports.
- Collecting visa fees on behalf of the Chinese Embassy.
- Return to the Chinese visa providers after issuance.
Holders of diplomatic passports or government official functions can apply for a Chinese visa or a Hong Kong visa directly to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China or Consulate in Saudi Arabia.
The visa office of the People’s Republic of China is not involved in any assessment of visa fees and decisions; whether or not the visa was issued or on what type of visa was issued; such as the period of validity, number of entrances and duration of the prescribed stay; all decisions and instructions from the Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia in light of the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
